Rob Basso is a recognized small business expert, successful business owner and entrepreneur. He is a published author, professional speaker and sought-after media personality. He has operated and sold many businesses in the past two decades including Associated Human Capital Management and Advantage Payroll Services. The most recent two companies were sold to public companies at industry high valuations. Known as The Everyday Entrepreneur, the media frequently calls upon Rob for his insights, opinions and expertise.
In 2022 he was a judge for the American Business Awards (division of the Stevie Awards), panelist for the Middle Market Alliance, mentor for the Next Gen Summit and numerous other speaking engagements.

He has been a frequent expert on many Fox Business News programs, including the prime time Neil Cavuto show. He has been a guest on Fox and Friends, Huffington Post and MSNBC Your Business. Rob supports and comments on business, not politics. His goal it to keep entrepreneurs in a position to be successful.
In the New York market he has been interviewed by and regularly appears on FiOS 1 News’ Money and Main Street, News 12 Long Island and other local news outlets. He has done radio interviews on the Sean Hannity Program and over 75 radio stations across the United States. He has been featured in regional and national news articles in numerous media outlets including Entrepreneur, Time, CNNMoney.com, Newsday, Daily News, New York Times, New York Post, Long Island Business News, and New York Enterprise Report. Rob has given interviews for national AP and Reuters, stories that have appeared in hundreds of newspapers and media websites across the nation and around the world.
Using examples from his book, The Everyday Entrepreneur, and his own business experience he educates, motivates and inspires business owners and entrepreneurs. Rob did a national book tour in support of The Everyday Entrepreneur, and was asked to address the students and mentors at the Fox News network founder Roger Ailes Apprentice Program.
Rob has appeared in and hosted many events and business related programs; he has moderated a venture capital summit which included participants including Daymond John, keynoted conferences across the country, including the IPPA’s summer conference in California as well as the NY regions Small Business Administration Awards. An INC 500 winner two times in the past decade has helped propel his career forward.
