After covering the November/December 2014 issue of Strictly Marketing magazine, I was honored when their team contacted me to see if I would be interested in writing a column for each issue of their bimonthly magazine. I am so excited to keep sharing what I have learned and continue to learn about the challenges and successes of growing and supporting a sales team. For the January/February 2015 issue, I decided to kick the new year off right by asking the perennial question— “What’s your Lollipop?”
